Lead Wealth Advisor

Location: Metro Phoenix, Arizona (On-site)

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ base | $400,000+ total comp potential

We're hiring a Lead Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client — a growing wealth management and financial planning firm based in the Phoenix metro. If you've built a career presenting and closing annuity and AUM business while leading others to do the same, we want to talk.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Wealth Advisor or Lead Advisor in a wealth management or financial planning firm
• Fixed annuity sales experience preferred
• Series 65 or 66 and AZ Life & Health license required
• Track record of presenting, closing, and growing client relationships
• Natural leader with the drive to mentor and develop a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a values-driven approach
