Insight Global is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support a Financial Client! This opportunity is based out of Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, and will be on site 1x a week. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $20-$23/hr. based off of years of experience) This role is also a 6 month contract to potiential hire.

Must Haves:

• Ability to work on site in Phoenix, AZ 1x a week
• Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship at all now or at any point in the future
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
• Experience taking around 20+ inbound calls a day and helping clients find solutions
• Experience writing tickets and solving them
• Must understand chatbots and email chains to help source a strong line of communication
• Experience working in a financial or banking industry (preferred)
