Registrar

Manage all aspects of student enrollment, records and data compliance. This role ensures the accuracy, security, and accessibility of student information while providing excellent customer service to families and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and knowledgeable about student information systems and state reporting requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain confidentiality per FERPA standards.
  • Deliver exceptional enrollment experience for families including but not limited to engaging school tours, enrollment paperwork support, compliance and completion.
  • Collaborate with administration on marketing and engagement strategies to increase enrollment and retain.
  • Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks to support daily school operations
  • Front office and receptionist duties as assigned
  • Provide basic first aid and care for students who become ill or injured during the school day, maintain all health compliance and documentation.
  • Other duties as Assigned.

Other functions of the job include but are not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrate preparation and skill in working with students and families from diverse cultural, economic and ability backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and databases and do word processing.

Required Qualifications:

  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance card required
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience with customer service, enrollment, or sales lead preferred
  • Three years of clerical experience and previous experience in an education setting preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Arizona Department of Education reporting requirements preferred
