Avondale Toyota Service Porter

The Service Porter assists the service department with the handling of all vehicles and customers, while keeping the service drive clean and orderly.

Job Duties:

• Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues
• Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person philosophy
• Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-player
• Relentlessly strive to improve customer interaction
• Maintain positive body language and attitude that reflects the spirit of service to others
• Keep the service drive clear at all times
• Park vehicles in the designated areas and place the keys in the proper location
• Constantly clean the service drive: (sweep, pick up trash, dust trash cans)
• Stage rental vehicles in proper location
• Roll up all windows and lock all service vehicles every time you park a main shop vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
