Junior And Senior Gen AI Developers

Location: either Charlotte, NC or West Des Moines, IA or Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ

Onsite: 3 days a week

Contract: 6-24 months to perm

Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable GenAI capabilities for the Wells Fargo enterprise Development community
• Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, productionize the tool
• Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)
• Build and support internal tools and applications
• Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin
• 1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus
• 8+ years of software development and architecture experience
• Strong Java skills is required
• Python experience is a plus
• TypeScript is a plus
