Product Owner Regulatory Reporting & Data Management

Location: Phoenix AZ/NY(Hybrid) (Relocation acceptable)

Visa: USC and GC

Need at least 10+ Years, Try for 13+ Years experience

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with a strong background in U.S. regulatory reporting, financial data management, and Agile delivery to lead the development of compliance-focused data solutions. This role bridges Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable regulatory reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
• 5+ years in U.S. regulatory reporting, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of reports like Y-9C, 2052a, Y-14, Call Reports, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe or PMP a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, big data platforms (Hadoop, Cornerstone), and tools like AxiomSL (Adenza) or Nasdaq.
• Experience across IT disciplines (infra, dev, data analytics).

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable leading conversations with technical and business leaders.

Preferred:

• Experience with financial data architecture and cloud migration.
• Background in regulatory transformation or finance modernization projects.
