divh2Senior Product Owner/h2pCambridge Investment Research is looking for a Senior Product Owner that will be accountable for product outcomes for the Data Strategy Product, a shared services platform product that establishes and enables how the organization defines, governs, discovers, trusts, and uses data. This role owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translates enterprise data needs into a prioritized portfolio of capabilities and standards; and partners with engineering, data governance, security, architecture, and business leaders to deliver measurable improvements in data usability, quality, compliance, and time-to-value./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliOwn outcomes and OKRs: Define measurable outcomes (OKRs/KPIs), establish baselines, and maintain a product scorecard; proactively manage trade-offs to hit outcomes (not just deliver outputs)/liliData vision and strategy: Partner with Technology Data team to execute established data strategy, standards, governance, and adoption. Ensure business solutions across multiple products align to standards/liliLead multi-team discovery: Run discovery across domains and shared services consumers (research, data/telemetry, stakeholder input) to validate problems, segment users, and define value hypotheses/liliPrioritize enterprise demand: Manage intake and prioritization across competing needs using transparent criteria (value, risk, effort, dependencies, compliance); create options and investment recommendations/liliDefine product requirements and guardrails: Translate strategy into outcomes, epics, and acceptance criteria; establish standards and decision guardrails to enable teams to execute consistently/liliOrchestrate cross-functional delivery: Partner with data engineering, platform/architecture, security, risk/compliance, data governance, testing with QA/Business to deliver capabilities, policies, and enablement that scale/liliInstrument and improve: Ensure the product is observabledefine telemetry and reporting (adoption, coverage, quality, policy compliance, time-to-access); use insights to drive continuous improvement/liliEnable operating model rigor: Establish product rituals and artifacts (roadmap reviews, quarterly planning inputs, decision logs, release communications); drive systemic improvements across teams/liliClarify decision rights and stewardship: Define ownership and operating agreements across data producers/consumers; align governance forums and escalation paths to ensure fast, compliant decisions/li/ulpSalary Range: $105,000 - 120,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidates qualifications, the companys operational needs, and other factors permitted by law.
