Structural Steel Fabrication Manager

Required to have 5+ years working directly for a structural steel fabrication company. Steel Construction and United States candidates only.

Summary

Responsible for managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
• Planning, organizing, and controlling large commercial building projects
• Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work
• Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates (or similar software experience)
• Reviewing and understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
• Planning, organizing, and controlling large commercial building projects
• Communicating with vendors, general contractors, architects, engineers, detailers, etc

Compensation/Benefits

Salary is negotiable $100-150K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
