About the Role

We are hiring a Food Truck Technician to join Ayah Delights, our dessert and beverage-focused food truck located next to the BackpackBoyz Cannabis Dispensary.

This role focuses on preparing dessert items and specialty beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment. Our team values reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude-especially during busy service times and events.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve dessert items and beverages according to company standards
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and organization
• Take customer orders and process payments through POS
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Support daily setup, service, and closing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Arizona Food Handler's Card (required) OR ability to obtain one prior to start date
• Previous food service or beverage experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and events
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
