Warehouse Team Leader

Role Summary: As a warehouse team leader you will be responsible for managing the warehouse floor employees, daily order fulfillment, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and daily performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Daily strategy & execution: Lead daily operations and resource planning to ensure all operational targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
• Operational excellence: Drive performance improvements and cost-efficiencies by tracking KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance & quality oversight: Own total department adherence to safety standards to ensure a secure and audit-ready environment.
• Team leadership & development: Scale team capabilities through active coaching, training, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
