Paid Training starts June 1st at our Arizona locations

NO COLD CALLING - this is a true Plumbing Inspection position with a Customer Service and In-Home Sales aspect

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping homeowners, presenting solutions, and earning an hourly rate + commission, while learning a high-demand trade from experienced professionals. You'll receive comprehensive training in plumbing systems, in-home sales, and product solutions, setting you up for long-term success.

What You'll Do After Training

In-Home Consultative Sales & Inspections

  • Conduct plumbing safety inspections in residential homes
  • Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction!
  • Identify system needs and present repair, replacement, and maintenance options
  • Educate homeowners on solutions, pricing, and valueno high-pressure selling
Plumbing Knowledge & Solutions
  • Learn to diagnose common plumbing issues including:
    • Kitchen disposals
    • Bathroom features
    • Water heater repair and replacement
    • Preventative maintenance solutions
  • Recommend services that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience
    • In-home or consultative sales experience is a strong plus
    • Great for anyone who has worked in a retail, food service, or customer facing role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed financially
  • Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, climbing, confined spaces)
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
