Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions, order processing, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining accurate records in a fully onsite work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone or in person to provide information related to products, services, licenses, registrations, permits, and program eligibility
  • Process customer orders, cancellations, and document inquiries or complaints accurately
  • Resolve billing and service issues, including refunds, exchanges, and adjustments
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems
  • Complete forms such as contracts, address changes, and service discontinuation requests
  • Calculate charges, collect payments or deposits, and coordinate billing processes
  • Communicate with customers regarding claim investigations, updates, and adjustments
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further handling
  • Perform customer service tasks requiring judgment, research, and policy interpretation
  • Support cash handling activities including reconciliation and daily deposit preparation

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles
  • Ability to follow established processes, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical functions including data entry and record keeping
  • Strong communication skills including active listening and clear verbal interaction
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable working with computers and standard office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual communication skills
