Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment.; Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify visitor and employee credentials, issue appropriate access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.; Answer phones, greet guests, direct visitors, and communicate with site contacts regarding appointments, escorts, and/or access questions in a calm, professional manner.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details through required logs, systems, and/or chain-of-command notifications.; Support front desk operations by maintaining accurate records, observing entry points and reception activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and adherence to post instructions.
