Thisrole demands a dynamic individual who is well-versed in managingall phases of construction projects, from initial planning andfoundation laying to the final stages of completion. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in deliveringhigh-quality projects on time and within budget, across varioussectors including grocery, quick service restaurants (QSR),automotive, retail, TI, remodels, and ground-up construction.Responsibilities:As aPermanent Superintendent, your core responsibilities willinclude:1. Overseeing all stages of projectlife cycle and ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe andbudget.2. Managing day-to-day operational aspects ofconstruction projects, including the coordination of material andlabor, site safety, quality control, and communication with projectstakeholders.3. Leading and motivating the constructionteam, fostering a positive and collaborative workenvironment.4. Liaising with architects, engineers, andother construction professionals to ensure all projects areexecuted to the highest standards.5. Conducting regularsite inspections to monitor progress and adherence to buildingcodes and safety regulations.6. Anticipating andresolving any issues that may affect the timeline, budget, orquality of the project.7. Preparing and presentingprogress reports to stakeholders, providing comprehensive updateson project status.Qualifications:The successful candidate must possess thefollowing qualifications:1. A minimum of 5years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in theconstruction industry, with a focus on commercial ground-up remodeland TI projects.2. Extensive experience working onprojects in various sectors including grocery, QSR, automotive,retail, TI, remodels, and ground-up construction.3.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHAguidelines.4. Strong leadership and team managementskills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team toachieve project goals.5. Excellent problem-solvingabilities and a keen eye for detail.6. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaiseeffectively with a range of stakeholders.7. Proficiencyin using construction management software and other relevantcomputer applications.8.
