Youll be responsible for all field aspects of the projects budget, schedule, and general performance. This position may require candidate to travel to project locations as they arise./ppWhat youll do:/ppThe successful superintendent will communicate and interact with owners, architects, engineers, government officials, and the public in a clear, concise, and professional manner. The superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and on budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, and managing exemplary construction safety practices for all on-site activities. You will create and maintain positive, professional, and respectful relationships and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized job site at all times./ppYour duties will include:/pulliDevelop, maintain, and execute the project plan as laid out by the project manager and yourself./liliEnsure a complete knowledge and understanding of all contract drawings, specifications, addenda, RFIs (requests for information), and any other job-related contracts and information for each project./liliSupervise and coordinate all construction activities./liliSupervise, direct, coach, and train assistant superintendents, Ironmarks general laborers, and field interns./liliCreate site specific plans and procedures that adhere to safety and record keeping requirements and Ironmarks safety program to ensure a safe work environment./liliObtain necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, municipal/provincial authorities, and owners./liliMaintain (1) set of complete, up-to-date drawings, including RFIs, etc., on jobsite for Ironmark use and architect/client meetings./liliManage job site setup and startup processes to include safety posting and procedures, security practices, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower./liliDevelop and refine a computerized project schedule, working in conjunction with the project manager to confirm schedules are properly updated to meet various dates required and/or maintain accountability for delays./liliPrepare work orders and field change orders and provide daily reports for all projects./liliCoordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractor schedules via email and verbally./liliInspect and oversee the activities of the subcontractors for safety regulation compliance and completion of their contractual requirements./liliSupervise receipt of supplies and all other onsite labor for safety, quality, accuracy, and workmanship./liliPrepare and communicate RFIs with architects, engineers, etc./li/ulpRequirements:/ppWant to get your resume to the top?
