If youre already WRT certified and ready for more responsibility, steady work, and growth opportunity we want to meet you./ph3What Were Looking For/h3ulliIICRC WRT required (ASD/FSRT preferred)/lili2+ years mitigation experience/liliExperience running water/mold jobs independently/liliComfortable communicating with homeowners adjusters/liliValid drivers license with clean record/liliAbility to work on-call rotation/liliTech-savvy and comfortable with job documentation software/li/ulh3What Youll Do/h3ulliLead residential and commercial mitigation projects (water, mold, fire)/liliPerform moisture mapping and determine dry-down strategy/liliDocument jobs accurately in RMS and provide 24-hour reports/liliCommunicate with adjusters and facilitate approvals/liliSchedule vendors (plumbers, roofers, testing, dumpsters)/liliMaintain organized equipment and truck/liliMentor and lead technicians on job sites/liliParticipate in on-call rotation/li/ulh3Team Compensation and Benefits/h3ulliLeadership Development - our company grows from the inside.
