Production Support Engineer Opportunity

We have a new Production Support opportunity with one of our BFS clients, AMEX. We need profiles for this role. Kindly do the needful.

Number of positions: 2 Position: Prod Support engineer.

Pay Rate: 40/hr. (to me)

Candidate Experience: Three plus years of experience.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Note: Production support experience is mandatory, the client will not do upskilling. Kindly send me the candidates who have production support and coding experience.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in coding with JSON, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and Unix Shell Script.
  • Experience with observability monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELF, Dynatrace, or other open-source tools).
  • Hands-on experience in building APIs, microservices, and working with application performance monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Python, and Java.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Good understanding of ITSM concepts, which are crucial for managing IT services and ensuring they meet business needs.
Production Support Experience
  • Experience in production support, service delivery, or operations support environments.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot application and system issues, and contribute to preventive maintenance.
Security Background
  • A background in security, particularly in authentication and cybersecurity, is advantageous.
Disaster Recovery and Resiliency
  • Experience in participating in disaster recovery testing and implementing resiliency measures for applications and platforms.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts (SMEs), leads, and other teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Experience in handling executive escalations, incident management, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contributing to continuous service improvement by maintaining best practices and knowledge repositories.
