Job Title

Years of experience: 5 - 12 years' experience with Windows Administration/System Management/Automation in a VMware and/or cloud environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) from a regionally accredited institution. BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Sciences, Information Technology, or Software Engineering strongly preferred.

Certification: At least one of the following certifications: Citrix or other VDI certifications; VMware Certified Professional; AWS Certified DevOps Engineer; Red Hat Certified Specialist in Advanced Automation; Hashi Infrastructure Automation

Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal).

Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2003-2016) /desktop Operating Systems (XP/7/10).

Managing in excess of 100 Windows Server infrastructure - Managing deployments/rollouts.

Experience with Enterprise grade storage environments, preferably NetApp.

Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX and Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server.

A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.

Group Policy design and configuration.

AD FS setup experience.

Certificate Management.

Administration skills with Exchange Online and On Premise desired.

M365 Experience - Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.

Experience with automated patching solutions (i.e. SCCM).

Available for off hour support when required.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.
