This position is ideal for early-to-mid career lawyers to join the AMS Regional Legal Team as Counsel to serve as a strategic business partner providing support for a broad spectrum of commercial legal matters. Partnering with the broader Legal team and other cross-functional teams at Align, you'll provide legal advice to enable our business partners to operate in an effective and compliant manner. This role is vital in shaping Align Technology's commercial agreements, marketing communications, and commercial programs.* Negotiate, draft and review an extensive range of contracts for assigned business unit or area.* Review marketing collateral, educational materials, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.* Counsel, advise, and train on general legal matters within assigned business unit or area.* Coach and mentor junior staff in legal department.* Ensure compliance with Align's contract management process and other company policies and procedures.* Conduct legal research and assist in other legal matters as and when needed.
