Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and vendor entry procedures in alignment with site protocols and assigned post orders; Support a professional atmosphere by communicating clearly with staff, guests, and/or first responders while reporting maintenance, life emergency, or security-related issues
