Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor screening practices, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention; Monitor entrances, badge access activity, and visitor movement while helping to support established protocols for employees, guests, deliveries, and/or contractors; Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol findings, and policy-related concerns while helping to maintain a professional presence in a high-profile financial location
