HelloFresh - - Responsibilities: Coordinate, coach, and guide production line workers to maintain workflow and maximum productivity.; Work alongside the team, stepping in to perform production duties as needed.; Enforce all safety, GMP, SQF, PPE/hygiene standards.; Track line count, update production numbers in the computer system, and report any defective materials or questionable conditions.; Train new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coach the team on company policies.
