You will also inform customers of the productterms and features and project a professional company image throughvoice and online interactions.Responsibilities and DutiesAssist Patient's in the new/reorder processManaging large amounts of inbound calls in a timely mannerIdentifying patients needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutionsEvaluate patient's demographics and information as needed to complete requested ordersProcess orders using Byram customized system (ERP)Maintain patient's records by updating account informationRecommend additional products that may be necessary or available to the customerQualifications and SkillsSuperior listening, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent data entry and typing skillsKnowledge of customer service practices and principlesAbility to handle the stressful situation appropriatelyCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively3 years of call center, data entry and medical background experienceBilingual English/Spanish speakers a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
