This position is responsible for providing linen delivery and pick up services for the Housekeeping Department while maintaining Omni standards and exceeding our guest expectations. Responsibilities: Pick up dirty linen from the Housekeeping Service Landings and deliver dirty linen to the laundry. Collect clean linen from the laundry and distribute the linen to service landings. Assist with stocking of guest supplies and amenities. Report any maintenance concerns to the Managers and/or Supervisors. Ensure clean and tidy linen at all times. Complete additional duties assigned by Managers and/or Supervisors. Qualifications: Environmental services experience preferred, preferably in hotel housekeeping. Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by two-way radio. Candidates must be able to multi-task in a busy environment, follow through on guest and manager requests, and work as a team player.
