The Operating Partner is responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions. Total Rewards:5 weeks PTO on Day 1 Dependable full-time Monday- Friday schedule with on-call rotation. Averaging 7 days per month.
