Williams Commercial Law Group, LLP, is a commercial litigation firm seeking an Associate Attorney (03 years experience) to join our team. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and a clear path for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
* Conduct legal research and case analysis
* Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
* Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
* Meet annual billing requirements

Qualifications:

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Active bar license (or pending admission)
* Strong writing and analytical skills
* Interest in commercial litigation and desire to gain trial experience

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary: $80,000 $110,000 (DOE)
