Job Details

Looking for a full time NP to take over an already established practice. NP will do overflow for both pain managment (PM&R) and family care. We would love an NP who does some functional medicine, but this is not required. NP needs to be trained in hormones (preferably BioTe) or willing to take course and needs to be proficient in basic pain procedures like trigger point injections and torodol shots. Will work in conjunction w/ 3 other physicians.
