HelloFresh - - Responsibilities: Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring every member has the tools and instructions to succeed; Coordinate door availability for drivers and manage the equitable distribution of workloads to hit our productivity goals; Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and Finance, handling essential data entry for inventory and produce invoices; Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment; Identify opportunities to better the business, reporting on equipment needs and collaborating across departments like Quality and Production
