TEEMA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Data Migration to support a healthcare IT data migration initiative within an Athena EMR implementation . This role will partner closely with project managers, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure timelines, action items, and migration tasks are tracked and executed efficiently.This position is ideal for candidates with early-to-mid career experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations .Key Responsibilities Maintain project timelines, milestones, and action-item trackingCoordinate and schedule stakeholder meetingsFollow-up on assigned action itemsTrack risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns to the Project Manager as neededSupport data migration activities and coordination across technical and operational teamsEnsure clear and timely communication between clinical, technical, and operational stakeholdersAssist with documentation, reporting, and status updatesRequired Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operationsExperience supporting data migration efforts preferredFamiliarity with Athena EMR or similar EHR/EMR systems strongly preferredStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPrimarily remoteSome on-site support may be required during Go-Live periods (anticipated in summer months)Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Why Work with TEEMA Competitive hourly compensationRemote flexibilityOpportunity to build experience within EMR implementations and data migration projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
