Tenet Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Prepares, delivers and retrieves all food items using standard guidelines for quality, infection control, sanitation, safety and chemical usage; Puts away all items once they are clean and dry to their designated area; Retrieves patient trays from soiled utility room after each meal; Maintains sanitation standards of hand washing, clean aprons and uniform, hair restraints worn in all areas; Prepares all food items according to request and/or specific diet in a neat attractive arrangement
