Iron Mountain - - Responsibilities: Monitor critical power, cooling/environmental, security & support systems and facilities to meet or exceed up-time service levels; Perform limited maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of the data center heating and cooling systems and overall facility; Monitor, resolve and update all assigned service tickets using IMDCs ticketing system; Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment and inspect buildings, grounds, and all equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operation; Proactively identify issues and take the needed steps to resolve them
