Brookdale Senior Living - 13240 North Tatum Boulevard - Responsibilities: Keep community buildings and grounds in top-notch condition; Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords; Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal and building inspectors; Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
