Job Details

We are seeking a Production Worker who will be responsible for working cooperatively with the Production Lead in a pre-cast concrete environment. The Production worker, under the instruction of the Production Lead, will be called on to produce finished pieces by performing any or all of the necessary steps required to do so. In addition, there will be shop maintenance duties and other miscellaneous tasks as required to support the completion of the weekly production schedule and support development of new products. Job Responsibilities Performing mold prep and demolding. Mixing and batch set up of materials. Applying texture coat to molds. Operating sprayers, pump equipment and filling molds. Sanding and slurry/finishing of demolded parts. Application of sealer to finished pieces. Safe transporting of molds and parts thru each process stage and into finished goods inventory.
