Valet Attendant

The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in setting a welcoming tone for their visit. You will be responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a seamless, courteous, and luxurious experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Open doors and assist guests with belongings if needed.
• Maintain the driveway area to ensure a clean and organized appearance.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and other dealership staff.
• Provide directions, answer basic questions, and assist guests as needed.
• Follow all dealership safety and driving guidelines.
• Treat each guest with the professionalism and hospitality reflective of the Lexus brand.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under various weather conditions.
• Prior valet or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
