About the Opportunity

An established, high-performing hospitality group with more than 15 years of success is seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to lead its upscale dining operation in Phoenix, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, hospitality, and performance
  • Lead, train, mentor, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Uphold operational standards, service expectations, and brand consistency
  • Drive financial results through effective P&L management, cost control, labor management, and revenue optimization
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience throughout the restaurant
  • Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, sanitation standards, and employment regulations
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, improve guest engagement, and support long-term business growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale, polished-casual, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven success leading restaurant operations, developing teams, and driving strong financial performance
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, food and beverage costs, and operational KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Polished and professional demeanor with a hands-on, service-focused leadership style
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
