1787 Legal Group is an Arizona-licensed Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm operating at the intersection of law and capital. The firm partners with investors and affiliated firms across the U.S. to deliver high-quality legal services through a scalable, technology-driven model. 1787 is building a national platform through strategic acquisition and integration of law practices under one unified brand.

We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer to build and lead the investment function across litigation finance and law-firm mergers and acquisitions. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will own investment strategy, portfolio construction, and risk management for a growing national platform spanning both Pravati Capital and 1787 Legal Group.

The CIO will work closely with firm leadership and partner law firms to originate, underwrite, and manage a portfolio of litigation-related investments and strategic acquisitions.
