Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and assist with visitor processing and/or contractor access in accordance with post instructions.; Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with clients, visitors, and team members, completing required reports, and following site protocols for escalations, emergencies, and/or disruptions.
