Bimbo Bakeries - - Responsibilities: Load and unload trailers and verify route loads and trailer reports; Maintain the shipping yard and participate in cycle counts; Count and check products for accuracy and quality; maintain records; report overages/shortages; Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack and forklift; Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, palletizers
