Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or law enforcement as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential concerns; Serve in an armed post in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site post orders, maintaining professional presence and following prescribed response protocols for security-related incidents; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel
