A company is looking for a Senior Auditor Quality - CCCR.Key ResponsibilitiesConducts clinical quality assurance reviews and communicates findings with initial auditorsApplies healthcare auditing principles and objectivity in medical audit activitiesMentors other QA auditors and may flex into initial audit or appeals roles as neededRequired QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Information Management, or equivalent experience of 5+ years in claims auditingCoding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CIC) required; other certifications may be considered with conditions3-5 years of healthcare auditing or related experienceAbility to mentor staff to enhance auditor quality and productivityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
