Maintenance Technician

Responsible for executing maintenance of all aspects of the facility and its services. Maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding various production machines and equipment. Responsible for the set up and use of tools and equipment before production use to ensure the optimum level of safety. Familiar with a variety of the production floor's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Week 1: Monday - Thursday 5pm 5:30am Week 2: Monday - Wednesday 5pm 5:30am Must be open to overtime and schedule flexibility, as needed
• Coordinate and execute Predictive/Preventative/Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on full range of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Robotic MHE equipment within the site. Operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical and instrument test equipment to install and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner. Exhibit Safety and Maintenance best practice at all times and ensure others follow as well. Work in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) levels of knowledge on all MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in the building. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with Operations. Mentor other technicians with varying skillset. Must be versatile and able to problem solve breakdowns to ensure high levels of equipment availability by means of troubleshooting and prioritizing response to issues. Support continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner. Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness [OEE] and equipment performance metrics. Serve as SME to the operational team on correct use of equipment. Collaboration and overseeing of contractors. Overseeing of escalations to contractors when required. Management of critical spare parts inventory utilizing CMMS On-site support and responsibility for management of issues and escalation of high severity tickets. Performs all necessary documentation of work performed and any unusual conditions, or defective equipment with the highest accuracy possible Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Executes ownership of tools and work area by maintaining good housekeeping and a clean and orderly work areas. Perform safety inspections and audits as required. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader
