The role fosters relationships, supports, informs, and educates worksite leadership, HR staff, employees, benefit providers, internal and external partners, and the public about healthy Arizona workforce initiatives by providing resources and tools to maintain and improve health and wellbeing.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona, community colleges, city officials, nonprofits, and local/state businesses) to maximize program effectiveness and ongoing participation in HAWP.Manage two email mailboxes, respond to inquiries, and address concerns. Attend meetings to recruit, promote, and schedule HAWP trainings and webinars.Provide HAWP overview presentations as needed. Maintain consistent communication with HAWP trainers via email, phone, and monthly check-ins. Update the HAWP 101 training schedule for trainers, trainings, and monthly calls.Schedule HAWP 101 trainings (host site, trainer, and technical assistance). Update external partner contact lists; recruit hosts for HAWP 101.Create registrations across platforms (Constant Contacts, HAWP website, Quickbase). Promote HAWP 101 training through multiple channels. Prepare hosting packets for training days and recruit/schedule monthly health webinars.Coordinate logistics for trainings (Zoom links, registrations, promotions) and send follow-up emails with resources and recordings.Create yearly ADHS scorecard surveys in Qualtrics, ensure website links are correct, monitor submissions, and notify participants of their award level based on scores.Organize documentation for each award site (scorecard, application, award letter, invitation to ceremony) in Google Drive. Maintain logs of scorecard data and monitor awardees across categories.Maintain two databases (Qualtrics for scorecards and evaluations; Quickbase for participating worksites, staff contacts, scorecards, applications, and supporting documents). Manage promotional platforms (Constant Contacts, Canva, Zoom) and produce monthly newsletters; keep the HAWP site updated; coordinate social media content with Communications teams.Oversee day-to-day program operations, including purchase orders, budget tracking for contractors, contract management, and approval of CERs for HAWP trainers and contractors.Other duties as assigned related to the position.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)Knowledge OfPublic health systems and best practices at federal, state, and local levels.Population health and health disparities best practices.Chronic disease prevention best practices.Worksite wellness concepts, wellbeing, healthy environments, disparities, evidence-based guidelines, recruitment and retention, resource availability, and community-based activities.Community assessment, federal/state/local programs, nonprofit and county systems, group processes, coalition development and management.Marketing and outreach to conduct recruitment.Analytical skills for data interpretation, policy development, and procedure improvement; strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills.Performance Management (PM), Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and Lean methodologies.Skill InClear oral and written communication of technical information.Program management, budgeting, and contract management.Program evaluation, policy interpretation, and data analysis.Time management and organization for contract monitoring, reporting, and planning.Partnership development with community organizations, health departments, and health systems.Leadership, management, fiscal management, strategic and operational planning, negotiation, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, facilitation and problem solving.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite; formatting/editing documents, sheets, presentations, and external databases.Outreach and recruitment to support the program.Ability ToTravel in and out of the State of Arizona.Work as a team member and independently; exercise initiative.Adapt to new tasks and environments; interpret and summarize complex information.Meet stringent deadlines; organize and prioritize multiple tasks.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.Make presentations to small and large audiences; safeguard confidential information.Maintain professionalism; provide technical assistance related to program strategies.Support a diverse, multicultural workforce and an inclusive work environment free from discrimination.Selective PreferenceBachelor's degree in Public Health or related field with 4 years of professional experience, including two years in health promotion.
