The Principal is the instructional leader of his/her school. The Principal is responsible for creating the vision for the school and translating that vision into reality. The Principal is directly responsible for the academic achievement of students, and for creating a positive climate for the growth of students and staff. To be a Principal in PXU is to exercise leadership in its many forms. The PXU Principal has extensive knowledge of the Phoenix community and has made the choice to answer the call to serve here and to serve the members of this community.
