Schedule & Pay:

• Shift: MondayFriday 7:00am4:00pm
• Pay: $21/hr+ DOE
• Overtime required as needed
• Occasional Saturdays

Job Duties:

• Prepare export shipping documentation including BOLs, commercial invoices, and labels
• Coordinate freight, pickups, and shipments with carriers, warehouses, and manufacturers
• Create shipping labels and documentation using systems such as DHL and export software
• Ensure shipments meet export and hazardous materials compliance requirements
• Work with customs brokers and 3PLs to support international shipments
• Troubleshoot shipment issues including delays, reschedules, and corrections
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to keep shipments on track
• Support process improvements and assist with training when needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using shipping systems and online portals
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed
