Job Description:

As a Server, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch service, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
• Transmit orders to the kitchen and bar accurately, ensuring all items are prepared and served correctly.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before delivering to the guests.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Be prepared to answer questions and make menu recommendations.
• Set and clear tables efficiently and keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Suggestively sell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, involving the management team when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Present bills accurately, process payments, and return change promptly.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions with precision.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
