Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Screen individuals, packages, bags, and/or deliveries entering the location in accordance with post orders and client-facing procedures for a technology-focused environment.; Monitor entry points and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying credentials, directing guests, and reporting suspicious activity through established channels.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, remaining aware of changing conditions and supporting security-related operations throughout the location.
