Procurement Material Planner - Brief description As a Procurement Material Planner at TSMC Arizona, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material availability for high-volume semiconductor production. By driving supplier management, risk mitigation, and strategic material planning, you will directly contribute to optimizing manufacturing operations and advancing TSMC's global supply chain excellence.
Education: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science for Business, Engineering or a related field.
Technical and Interpersonal Skills: Procurement Planning Knowledge: Foundational understanding of U.S. supply chain regulations and vendor compliance practices. Supplier Management: Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to drive quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability objectives. Analytical Excellence: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strategic Thinking: Business acumen and logical thinking skills to develop and implement procurement strategies. Communication & Influence: Proven written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability in collaboration, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders. Problem-Solving Expertise: Proactively resolve issues using data-driven analysis and solutions.
