Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment IRT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Banner Health in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested any holidays off.
• Additional Confirmations I have experience in this speciality within the past 6 months.
• Additional Confirmations I am aware that blocked scheduling requests are not accommodated by Banner Health..
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: professional practice as a Special Procedures Technologist in Interventional Radiology, specific expertise in Neuro procedures (including stroke thrombectomy and neuro coiling), an active Arizona state license, and the ability to fulfill the specified weekday and weekend on-call requirements.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
