Responsibilities

This employer is an established manufacturing company specializing in machined and fabricated aerospace components. This position works directly with the leadership to maintain & ensure compliance to established quality systems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain & improve quality management systems and processes

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement

• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and patterns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues

• Lead and manage quality improvement projects

• Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures

• Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality systems management or a related role

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO9000, AS9100, NADCAP, FAA, ITAR, CMMC etc.)

• Effective communication skills

• FAA Repairman's Certificate or A&P license preferable
