Territory Sales Representative – Southwest Region (AZ, NV, CA, NM)

Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ, Nevada, California

Compensation: $140,000 base + performance-based incentives (OTE $180K–$220K+)

The Opportunity

A privately held, industry-leading manufacturer in the sustainable packaging space is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across the Southwest. This organization is known for its strong reputation in quality, safety, and long-term customer partnerships, with continued investment in innovation and sustainability.

This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential and the ability to own and grow a multi-state territory.

Note: Prior corrugated packaging experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory (AZ, CA, NV, NM)
• Build and expand long-term relationships with key customer accounts
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through account management
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions
• Monitor market trends and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or manufacturing environments preferred)
• Required: Experience selling corrugated packaging solutions
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders
• Comfortable traveling regionally (2–3 nights per week)
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
